We manufacture a variety of structural insulated panels (SIPs) for walls, roofs and ceilings. We can evaluate and advise you on:
- The most appropriate panel type and finish
- The most secure fastening system
- The correct thickness to maximize your insulation value and overall thermal investment.
- Lengths: typically 6’-0” to 48’-0” (custom lengths available)
- Thicknesses: 2” up to 10” (custom thicknesses available)
PANEL FACING OPTIONS:
Panel facings range in thickness form 24 gauge to 28 gauge. Metal panel finishes include USDA White and clear coat laminating primer on the reverse side. Typical facings include; G90 Galvanized Steel, T304 Stainless Steel, AZ-50 Galvalume and .090 Class “C” and Class “A” Fiberglas Reinforced Plastic (FRP). The finish on the FRP and the painted metal are both USDA Approved for incidental food contact.
PRECISION PANELS:
The Slip Joint Panel System is recognized as one of the most effective panel joining systems in the industry. Panels slip into place every time, making installation easy. With Precision Panels, the slip joint panel system forms the edges of both surface skins which are bonded to the Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core under pressure, using a two-part thermosetting adhesive.
