Performance Contracting Inc (PCI) is a sister company to PFF. PCI has developed a patent-pending structural framework that works with Precision Panel SIPs. Together, they create static compression buildings (SCBs).
SCBs are a low cost and energy-efficient solution for housing needs when the cost of heating and cooling, construction labor, and logistical support make other buildings too expensive. Due to its patent-pending Slip-N-Lock design, these structures do not require nails or screws, and they can be assembled with the help of only a couple ladders and a framing level! Save instantly on construction costs and benefit from the continued savings of an energy-efficient and structurally sound building.
PRECISION PANELS®
